REVISION POLICY

Based on the service you choose, we offer revision. Customers can request a virtually limitless number of free revisions, and we will revise their design at no incremental expense as long as the design and concept remain the same. The turnaround time for adjustments would indeed be 48 hours

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

In any case, any funds accumulated for a project are not reimbursable after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved or a change is requested unless Waaloou Marketing cancels or aborts your Contract for a reason other than your clear violation or non-performance.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

  • When the initial logo concepts are presented, you make a request. However, once you approve or request changes to the initial designs, the refund offer is null and void, and no refund requests will be considered.
  • If you request a refund prior to the delivery of initial design concepts, you will be eligible for a full refund (less 10 percent service & processing fee).
  • If you request a refund within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a 66 percent refund (less 10 percent service & processing fee).
  • If you request a refund between 48 and 120 hours after the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 33 percent refund (less 10 percent service & processing fee).
  • No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery; however because we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact us if you have any concerns.
  • If you have not taken any action on your order within 30 days of placing it, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you want to reactivate your design order, you will be charged a fee based on your project.
  • After the final files have been delivered, no refund requests will be entertained.
  • No refunds will be granted for website packages once website development has been completed or the website has gone live.
  • For video animation packages, no refund requests will be accepted after the storyboard has been designed.
  • All refund requests should be directed to the customer service department Waaloou Marketing and Reputation Management reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case-by-case basis based on a violation of your user agreement.
  • Refunds will be available for Waaloou Marketing and Reputation Management Custom packages in the same way that they are for single packages. For example, if you order a logo and web design service and approve the logo, you can claim a refund for the website service only at the time of initial design.
  • A valid reason for requesting a refund must be qualified against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions. A refund will not be given unless a concept is not designed according to the brief; however, additional revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction is achieved.
  • The money-back-guarantee is contingent on the order being placed in good faith. We do not consider it in good faith when a customer places design orders with more than one design agency for the same job with the intention of claiming a refund. In this case, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request.
  • Because all design jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the design, it is only fair that the customer participates and provides feedback to achieve the desired results.
  • Our 100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a re-draw if our designed logo is found to be significantly similar to another logo design that may already exist. Any resemblance to an existing design will be purely coincidental, and Waaloou Marketing and Reputation Management will accept no responsibility or compensation claim in such a case. It is the client's responsibility to obtain copyright for their artwork.

How to claim your refund

To assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements

  • We will attempt to fix your concern as quickly as practicable under our revision policy, or we will email you a refund authorization approval from our refund department. Following the refund, Waaloou Marketing and Reputation Management would obtain your design rights, and you would be unable to display any version of the layout sent by the company. Let us also be clear:
  • Because the design rights have now been relocated to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any rebuttal or other content, work product, or media, nor any equity investment in or to the same.
  • Collaborating with the Government's Copyright Agencies Waaloou Marketing and Reputation Management would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs, which would limit their future re-use as original designs. My Account

My Account is an easy way to communicate. It is your sole importance to control the account area for any questions, misgivings, or additional instructions that the designer may require. Individuals will not be allowed to claim if they do not check or use your Login Area on a regular basis. If you are unsure how to use the area, you can be contacting the customer support team at any moment.

Domain and Hosting

Where applicable, domain and hosting will be included free of charge with website packages. All of the email accounts included with website packages can be configured in third-party email clients like Outlook. Each email account will be allocated 10MB of storage space. We will not provide email accounts if you do not host your website with us. There are no refunds available for the hosting, domain, or email server packages.

Delivery Policy

All design order files are delivered to My Account on the specified date on the "Order Confirmation." An e-mail is also sent to the client informing them that their design order has been delivered to their specific account area. All revision and refund policies are subject to the date and time the design order is delivered to the client's account area. Record Maintenance

Once we have provided you with the final files, we keep a record of your finalized design.
If you need the final files again, we can send them to you at your request.

Communication Policy

YOU agree that Waaloou Marketing and Reputation Management is not liable for any correspondence from email addresses other than those preceded by our own domain, i.e. "info@waaloou.com" or/and any toll-free number not listed on our website. Waaloou Marketing and Reputation Management will not be held liable for any damage(s) resulting from such correspondence. We only accept responsibility for any communication via email address (es) under our own domain name or/and via toll-free number, as stated on the Waaloou Marketing and Reputation Management.

Access to Information

You may be asked to provide registration details or other information in order to use Waaloou Marketing and Reputation Management services. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that all information you provide will be accurate, up to date, and complete. If Waaloou Marketing Group believes the information you have provided is incorrect, out-of-date, or incomplete, Waaloou Marketing and Reputation Management reserves the right to refuse your access to any services or resources, as well as to terminate or suspend your account, at any time.

Waaloou Marketing and Reputation Management is a PCI DSS compliant company, so it is permitted to keep your credit card information on file for any recurring service, additional development hours, server, or network equipment required to develop or launch your website without prior notice. Our representatives, on the other hand, always bring this information to your attention so that you are aware of all processes.

Exclusions

The Company will assist the Client in integrating third-party plugins and APIs, but any third-party integration required to assist with website functionality will be STRICTLY standard. During the course of this project's development, the Company will have no dealings with third parties. Any additional work will necessitate a separate fee arrangement.
